- Develop and execute tactical plans in collaboration with product managers to develop go-to-market plans that align product offerings with market demand, pricing strategies, distribution channels, and promotional activities, maximizing product adoption and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with sales team with tools and resources, such as collateral, customer insights, and competitive analysis, to better engage prospects and close deals, besides market intelligence and feedback from customer interactions to help refine strategies, identify new opportunities, and address challenges effectively.
- Provide valuable insights into local market dynamics to the campaign's strategies and messaging to specific markets, identifying target Customer segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with local customers.
- Generate leads through targeted marketing efforts such as events, promotions, and campaigns.
- Identify and activate KOLs and thought leaders to support strategic objectives and identify key events in local markets to utilize them.
- Education: Master's degree or equivalent in a related field, MBA preferred
- Work Experience: 4+ years biotech and /or academia sales and/or application support combined with direct customer interaction and hands on lab experience/marketing.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of Bio-Rad products, technologies, and applications.
- Solid public speaking skills
- Moderate level of field experiences including some higher-level customer facing activities

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $102,200 to $140,500 at the time of posting. This range is inclusive of all geographic locations within the United States*. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of an offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
*Minimum reflects our lowest paying locations, and the top end reflects our highest paying locations. The range in your geographic location will vary but will be within the indicated ranges.
