We are seeking a skilled and experienced digital marketer with music, fashion, product design, and public relations to join our growing team.


The applicant must reside near Baldwin Park.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute social media strategies tailored for the fashion, music, and social services industries.
  • Create engaging content (visual and written) aligned with the brand's voice and objectives across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
  • Manage community engagement, including responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Implement affiliate marketing programs, identifying and engaging potential partners to drive revenue and brand visibility.
  • Analyze social media metrics and affiliate marketing performance to optimize strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms/tools to ensure innovative and effective strategies.

Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of advertising principles and practices including Facebook & google ads
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and public relations
  • Strong research skills to identify target audiences and trends
  • Experience in relationship management with followers and influencers
  • Understanding of social media marketing tactics
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
  • Expertise in affiliate marketing strategies and execution.

Qualifications:


  • Experience in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, Music, or related field.
  • Experience in developing and managing successful affiliate marketing programs.
  • Portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and affiliate marketing initiatives.
