With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Günther Lehmann GmbH & Co. KG is a professional investor specializing in project development and property management.


We are currently seeking a
personal assistant for our owner-managed company, to join us by October 1st, 2023 at the latest, in Ramona, KS.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • As the personal assistant to our business owner, you will coordinate and manage all
    organizational and administrative matters:
  • You will maintain an overview and ensure
    smooth office operations, such as processing and distributing daily mail, ordering office supplies and equipment, and coordinating maintenance and repair work
  • With
    utmost discretion, you will handle all incoming and outgoing
    correspondence and coordinate all
    appointments for the managing director:
  • You will be the
    first point of contact for all phone calls and visitors, prepare meetings and appointments as needed, and provide hospitality for guests
  • You will be responsible for
    cash management and, when needed, for
    payment runs in our accounting department

WHAT YOU BRING

  • You have completed a
    commercial education and have
    professional experience in a similar position
  • You have excellent
    written and spoken German skills and
    good English skills, and are confident in handling written correspondence
  • You have some experience in
    accounting and are proficient in
    MS Office, with some knowledge of Datev
