    Description


    Business Development, especially at an early-stage startup, covers a wide spectrum of work from lead generation and management, marketing, and public relations to fundraising.

    Gauss Labs is looking for a business development manager with more focus on digital marketing and communications.

    If you'd like to develop new exciting stories with us and, at the same time, experience and learn various business-related functions promoting the new tech adoption in the manufacturing industry, please join us.

    Responsibilities

    Support developing strategic business plans through market research on the latest trends and initiatives in the industrial AI market and advanced manufacturing industry, especially the semiconductor marketManage sales ops activities, collaborating with sales, finance, legal, and other related functionsDevelop and execute a digital marketing strategy to drive quality traffic to Gauss Labs's online channels (website, LinkedIn, etc.)Develop marketing content and PR articles promoting Gauss Labs's brand and productsPlan and execute participating in offline marketing events such as SEMICON WestBasic Qualifications

    Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or PR in IT or manufacturing industryExcellent writer with experience creating marketing content or articles, demonstrating the ability to explain complex concepts in easy-to-understand languageExcellent research and analytical skills, able to draw insights from data and informationProject management skills in a fast-paced, changing environment, working cross-functionallyStrong interest in industrial AIPreferred Qualifications

    Experience developing and managing websitesKnowledge in SEO, social media analytics, etc.
    Excellent attention to detail with experience handling operational tasks
