Description

An appliance company with multi-million $ in revenue is looking to add to its operations department at our warehousing facility located in Harleysville, PA.

This person will be the lead coordinator of inbound freight, inventory management, loading of outbound freight while streamlining returns and damaged product processes.

Major Functions:

Receiving Inbound Freight: Coordinate shipments inbound from multiple vendors with help of operations staff, Unload product and move to proper staging areas; work with warehouse admin to check inbound product into system

Staging Outbound Freight:Properly stage product for loading of trucks/vans for the next days deliveries and installation. Work close with operations dept to identify missing items/backorder; ensure 100% accuracy of outbound shipments

Inventory Control: Assist in management of warehouse inventory including good stock and open stock, work with warehouse admin to update computer systems daily for effective communication with operations and sales staff

Damages/Returns: Work with multiple vendors to return good stock and damaged product using internal and external systems and processes.

Minor Functions

Inbound Phone: Handle inbound internal operations and sales inquiries regarding inventory and inbound/outbound issues
CRM: Work within internal CRM database to add relevant operations data and notations to files

Qualifications:

Multi-Task and detail oriented, fast paced atmosphere

Excellent Phone/People Skills

Ability to move residential appliances

Hourly position based on experience equivalent to $21/Hr, Overtime eligible

Salary:
$21.00/hour
