BI Analyst (Onsite 5 days a week)

This Is What You'll Do:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Develop and maintain data models that effectively support business requirements.
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data presented in the dashboards and reports.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements.
Communicate complex data insights clearly and understandably.

This Is What It Takes:

H1B sponsorship not available.
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience creating, editing, revising and publishing Power BI production level reports and dashboards.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business analysis, data analysis, project management, business operations, or business intelligence analysis.
Analytical and inquisitive with the ability to solve practical problems and handle a variety of concrete variables and interpret information furnished in written, oral, and/or diagram form.
Demonstrated ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously across all levels in an organization.
Experience developing DAX and/or incorporating R or Python scripts in Power BI is a plus.
SQL, R or Python knowledge is a plus.
This is an onsite position M-F
