This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a growth company. This position is paid hourly. Must be available evenings and weekends.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in retail management
  • Highly detailoriented, excellent organization, communication and people management skill
  • A passion for skin health
  • Confidence and a natural ability to build connections
  • A believer in Fig and our vision

A day at Fig may look like:

  • Welcome guests
  • Sharing expert knowledge of our services and brands
  • Building meaningful relationships with our guests
  • Support in driving daily sales
  • Partnering with your Fig Bar Manager to build relationships in the community
  • Support in managing the day to day operation from front of house to back of house
  • Process purchases and book services
  • Communicate and collaborate with Fig Bar team
  • Maintain a calm environment
  • Standing and moving for 8 hour

Compensation:
$18 - $26/hour for this role based on experience
