    ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Des Moines, Iowa.

    RN - Med Surg Tele

    Job Details:


    • Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) schedule required

    • Must be willing to float between multiple locations: Mercy Main and West Des Moines

    • Provide nursing care for medical-surgical patients requiring telemetry monitoring

    • Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs for patients with various medical conditions

    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

    • Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans

    • Document patient assessments and interventions accurately

    • Respond to cardiac rhythm changes and emergency situations as needed
