Job Details:

Work as scheduled with 16-hour NBO (non-billable orientation)
On-call responsibilities include one weeknight every other week and one weekend (Friday/Saturday) every 10th weekend
Overtime billable after 40 hours per week hours/week standard, 48 hours/week maximum)
May be required to float across all campuses including Iowa Methodist MC, Iowa Lutheran, and Iowa Methodist
Work with Siemens and GE MRI equipment
Handle ED, inpatient, and outpatient cases
Perform power injection contrast injections
Required to wear charcoal gray scrubs
24 months of MRI experience required
Strong experience and proficiency using Siemens and GE MRI equipment required
ARMRIT certificate OR ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certificate (R) (MR) required
EPIC Radiant experience required
Travel experience preferred
Level I trauma experience highly preferred
Skills checklist specific to MRI/Magnetic Resonance Imaging required
Professional reference from charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director within 24 months preferred

This major healthcare system operates multiple campuses providing comprehensive medical services including advanced imaging capabilities. The facility features state-of-the-art MRI technology with both Siemens and GE equipment, serving emergency department, inpatient, and outpatient populations.

The organization maintains Level I trauma capabilities and utilizes EPIC electronic medical record systems to support high-quality patient care across their network of medical centers.
