Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
The position provides complex administrative support to specific divisions within KE&G Construction. Job duties will include providing customer service to the public, employees and KE&G Clients. Inputing training data and preparing class rosters for various training topics. Coordinating new hire On-Boarding training and coordinating and scheduling our CDL driver for various FMCSA requirements. Updating specific schedules such as employee time off.
Responsible for various other office tasks such as ordering office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing mail, support for training and other special events as needed.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Handson experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service
