    Description

    A community teaching Hospital in western Massachusetts is adding a Pediatrician. The hospital is affiliated with the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Tufts University, and the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine

    Practice Information

    • With over 4000 employees the Health System is the area's largest employer
    • A cohesive and supportive group of Pediatricians including 2 MDs and 1 PA
    • No night or weekend office hours
    • Newborn rounding and attending c-sections
    • The average daily patient census per provider is 16-20
    • Benefits include health, dental, malpractice, disability, and employer contribution 403b retirement
    • Full-time employed position with a generous salary and wRVU incentive package
