Patient Care CoordinatorResponsibilities:
- Greet and checkin patients upon arrival at the dental office
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with insurance verification and claims processing
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Collect and process LOP from attorneys, updates to the providers
- Ensure a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office or healthcare setting preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and dental software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
