Summary:


Bensenville School District 2 is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Middle School Instructional Coach to support our educators in implementing effective- practices, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ultimately enhance student achievement.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide guidance and support to middle school teachers in implementing researchbased instructional practices
  • Collaborate with teachers to analyze student data and develop targeted instructional strategies to address student needs.
  • Facilitate professional development workshops and training sessions to enhance teacher effectiveness and instructional delivery.
  • Model effective teaching strategies and provide constructive feedback to teachers through classroom observations and coaching sessions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of curriculum frameworks, instructional materials, and assessment tools.
  • Stay abreast of current educational trends, research, and best practices to inform instructional decisionmaking.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, reflection, and continuous improvement among staff members.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred

  • Valid teaching certification with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at the middle school level.
  • Proven track record of improving student achievement through effective instructional coaching practices.
  • Strong understanding of middle school curriculum, instructional strategies, and assessment techniques.
