    Job Description

    Hire Resolve, a top recruitment agency specialized in placing talented professionals in accounting and finance roles, is looking for a meticulous Staff Accountant to join their team. As part of this role, you will handle various accounting duties to support the company's financial operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accurately record financial transactions in a timely manner
    • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
    • Prepare financial statements and reports
    • Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts
    • Support budgeting and forecasting activities
    • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies
    • Assist in tax preparation and filings
    • Collaborate with teams to resolve accounting issues

    Requirements:

    • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • Minimum of 2 years of accounting or finance experience
    • Solid knowledge of GAAP and financial accounting principles
    • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Benefits:
