Responsibilities:

Provide deskside training to analysts.
Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting.
Staff the

Help Desk:
respond to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues.

Provide feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product.

Qualifications:

Active DoD Secret Clearance
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
Proficient in demonstrating Palantir Gotham, showcasing platform features and capabilities
Prior experience interacting with Soldiers of all ranks, fostering a respectful and supportive training environment
Adept at independently developing and delivering engaging, tailored training materials that cater to various skill levels
Strong problemsolving abilities, with the capacity to troubleshoot and resolve user issues efficiently
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities, ensuring highquality outcomes and timely completion
Familiarity with the military environment and its unique challenges, enabling the development of relevant and effective training programs
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a fastpaced, dynamic setting
A team player with strong collaboration skills, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment
Ability to travel domestically and internationally from the primary working location in Germany
2550% of the time
Willingness to permanently relocate to Germany
