Essential Functions:

Assists customers with inquiries and problems related to computers and technology.-
Supports customers in utilizing branch technology, encompassing computers, scanners, copiers, fax machines, and other available equipment.

Conducts basic troubleshooting for printer issues and other branch technologies. Notifies appropriate departments of technology issues for necessary repairs. Assists branch and IT staff with mobile device support and troubleshooting as needed. Acts as the on-site liaison for the IT department. Performs circulation duties as needed. Trains new staff as needed. Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.
One to two years of proven desktop troubleshooting experience.

Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organization and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
