    Description

    ROLE DESCRIPTION

    The Proposal Manager oversees the development and delivery of high-quality responses to federal government business opportunities in a fast-paced service-oriented setting.

    • Quickly adapt to dynamic proposal requirements

    Job Responsibilities

    • Lead the development of compliant, competitive proposals
    • Exercise full responsibility on each assigned proposal
    • Analyze solicitation requirements and develop response strategies
    • Coordinate activities with internal and external experts
    • Oversee daily proposal activities and content development
    • Maintain proposal visibility and ensure timely submissions
    • Conduct and document proposal lessons learned and improvement plans
    • Support department activities to maintain knowledge libraries

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Minimum 8 years of experience managing, writing, and winning IT FEDERAL proposals
    • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities

    Additional Qualifications

    • Preference for candidates with experience in proposal writing
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
    • Ability to meet tight deadlines with a customer-oriented attitude
    • Experience working on concurrent proposals
    • Proficiency in conceptualizing graphics and copy-editing
    • High proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint
