Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daytoday operations of the warehouse
  • Communicate with vendors, employees, and company leadership to ensure all areas of the company are working together cohesively
  • Maintain Inventory control so when stock is low, supply order can be placed.
  • Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations
  • Review technician orders with warehouse inventory before ordering
  • Tag and Label Equipment as it arrives.
  • Have next day's jobs equipment and supplies pulled and staged for crews.
  • Prepare truck replenishment as needed.
  • Keep warehouse clean and organized, breakdown all equipment for garbage or recycling.
  • Place orders for ductwork and pick up when needed.
  • Arrive 30 mins prior to crews' arrival.
  • Ability and willingness to work nonstandard schedule: nights, weekends and holidays as/if required.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing
  • Possesses effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Problemsolving and customer service skills
  • Must have honest and dependable personality.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs safety.
  • Ability to climb, stoop, balance, crouch, crawl, or/and kneel continually
