For the area of BU Supply Chain / Purchasing in our company, we are currently looking for a

Strategic Purchaser for Assemblies and Drawing Parts (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for purchasing assemblies and drawing parts (turning-milling parts)
  • Supplier management and controlling
  • Development and implementation of category and supplier strategies with relevant interfaces
  • Preparation and conduct of negotiations and conclusion of contracts
  • Conducting price and value analyses
  • Development, implementation, and tracking of cost reduction measures and contact persons for problems with delivery dates, costs, and quality
  • Supplier market analysis, development, and establishment of new and alternative sources of supply
  • Continuous optimization of purchasing processes

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, business administration, or comparable education
  • Several years of professional experience in strategic purchasing, ideally in mechanical engineering
  • Good technical understanding
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and ideally SAP experience in the MM module
  • Independent and structured way of working with a high sense of responsibility
  • Confident appearance,
