- Successfully complete projects ranging from $1 to $5 million, with a preference for significant elements of self-performed work
- Willingness and ability to work with tools when necessary
- Work on Department of Defense (DOD) sites where clearance/badging are required
- Maintain an active US Government security clearance (Secret/Top Secret)
- Oversee all aspects of the construction process, including budget management, scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Lead Site Superintendent
- Experience working on DOD sites where clearance/badging are required

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- 29 days of PTO and Holidays each year (20 days PTO and 9 Holidays)
