The Reha-Südwest Südbaden gGmbH offers positions for you as a pedagogical or nursing specialist at the Haus Lebensheimat in Löffingen-Reiselfingen at the earliest possible date.

Specialist for educational therapy, nursing specialist or health and nursing care specialist (m/f/d) in day service
Part-time with at least 15.6 or full-time with 39 hours per week, permanent

Your tasks

  • You provide individual care to residents according to holistic pedagogical concepts.
  • You actively shape the daily life and leisure activities of the residents and carry out numerous pedagogical activities.
  • You organize, document and independently carry out the care of the residents, provide assistance and create the needs assessment plan.
  • You professionally and needs-oriented advise parents, relatives or legal guardians (m/f/d) and are available as a trusted contact person.
  • You supervise our nursing assistants, trainees and interns (m/f/d).
