Description

Maintenance Supervisor

Lead a team of skilled employees responsible for equipment availability and performance
Perform maintenance and repair on electro-mechanical, robotic, and pneumatic manufacturing equipment
Develop and maintain maintenance schedules for tools, machinery, and equipment
Support engineering and manufacturing activities including 5S, Lean manufacturing, and safety procedures
Manage workload with a positive attitude in a collaborative work environment

Key Deliverables:

Ensure a constant safety environment with necessary training updates
Provide effective supervision, training, and coaching to maintenance employees
Monitor compliance with safety and quality standards
Schedule and track preventive maintenance
Ensure spare parts inventory accuracy and availability
Provide technical training and support OEE and Spoilage improvement efforts
Establish and maintain effective work relationships

Requirements:

Associates or bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
Strong preventive maintenance experience based on TPM principles
Leadership skills with 5+ years of related experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve goals
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
