Your role at C&A in Wind Lake, WI

  • Collaborate with HR and the business to develop effective hiring strategies
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including confidential and senior leadership/executive searches
  • Cultivate a strong network of talented individuals through market research and relationship management
  • Coach team members and hiring managers to improve selection capabilities and ensure an inclusive hiring process
  • Manage interns and working students, as well as collaborate with our Talent Partners
  • Establish strategic partnerships with agencies, universities, and other providers to expand our talent pipeline
  • Optimize processes and suggest new tools and methods
  • Lead or contribute to Talent Acquisition projects, such as employer branding and digital recruitment

To excel in this role, you should have

  • Solid experience in recruitment
  • Proficiency in active sourcing and handling confidential and executive searches
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders
  • Project management skills and the ability to improve complex processes
  • Trust in the power of analytics and processes to simplify our work
