The Preowned Sales Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the preowned sales department maintains a well-balanced vehicle inventory and each unit is sold at maximum gross with minimum expense.

The Preowned Sales Assistant fosters a strong commitment to providing an outstanding guest experience and will assist in and ensure the timeliness of appraising, reconditioning, displaying, and merchandising the vehicles.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and "bootsontheground" support to Preowned Sales Department.
Prepare and manage documentation related to acquisition of the vehicle and processing the vehicle to be entered into inventory and sold.
Partner with outside vendors to ensure the vehicle is processed in a timely manner and in accordance to dealership standards. Perform final quality control check before vehicles is sent to front line.
Maintain Route Sheet with completion times and communicate to appropriate parties.
Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.

Pay:
$81,700 - $110,200 per year is the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation including hourly pay, bonuses, overtime, benefits (vacation and sick) etc. The hourly rate for this position is $22.00. Bonuses range from $36,000 - $64,500 per year based on performance.
