The Growth Technician will be a part of the De Novo Team supporting the company's mission of bringing therapy to communities in need.

This individual will split their time between working at the South Bend Warehouse and traveling on-site to support center openings.

This position combines warehouse-based responsibilities with travel to new office locations to assemble, deliver and install furniture. Travel is normally up to 5 days at a time, 10 times per year (roughly 50 days of travel).

Success in this role requires physical fitness for lifting and moving furniture, a knack for organization, and the ability to handle both structured warehouse tasks and flexible offsite work.

This individual will report to the Expansion Manager and will work closely with the De Novo Team to play a vital role in supporting the company's goal of 10 new center opens per year.


Qualifications and Physical Requirements:


  • Strong work ethic and team player mentality.
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools.
  • Experience mounting different items to a wall.
  • A high attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving/decision making skills.
  • Highly motivated selfstarter willing to deliver results and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. multiple times daily.
  • Ability to stand and quickly walk for the whole day.
  • Full range of motions of hands and arms.
  • Crouching, and bending over to pick up boxes.
  • Valid driver's license

  • Reliable transportation
  • Available to travel by car or plane

Responsibilities:


  • Receive and verify incoming shipments of furniture and office supplies.
  • Unpack, inspect, and organize inventory by Office and by room.
  • Build all types of furniture for new sites.
  • Organize and wrap pallets for safe shipment.
  • Assist with unloading and loading shipments.
  • Travel to new center locations as required.
  • Coordinate with moving companies for the transport of the furniture and supplies.
  • Efficiently assemble and install furniture, mount shelves following design plans and safety standards.
  • Arrange spaces according to safety, functional and aesthetic requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Expansion Coordinator and Organic Growth manager to ensure the project's completion within the allotted time.
