Description
RoyPow USA is seeking a highly skilled Tech Support specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers, using our innovative lithium batteries.


Job duties:


  • Providing technical onsite support and training to customers experiencing issues with their lithium batteries for golf carts.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and working to resolve them in a timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions and technical support requests
  • Assisting with product installation and maintenance as needed

Requirements:


  • Must be willing to travel within the US (all expenses will be Covered by the Company)
  • Some technical support experience
  • Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with lithium batteries (preferred)
  • Associates degree in relative field or equivalent experience is preferred, but not required.

$65, $90,000.00 per year
