RoyPow USA is seeking a highly skilled Tech Support specialist to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers, using our innovative lithium batteries.
Job duties:
- Providing technical onsite support and training to customers experiencing issues with their lithium batteries for golf carts.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and working to resolve them in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions and technical support requests
- Assisting with product installation and maintenance as needed
Requirements:
- Must be willing to travel within the US (all expenses will be Covered by the Company)
- Some technical support experience
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with lithium batteries (preferred)
- Associates degree in relative field or equivalent experience is preferred, but not required.

$65, $90,000.00 per year
