    Our team System Technology and Engineering (STE) team, is committed to the development and research in infrastructure system technologies, such as operating system kernel, various virtualization technologies (Cloud Native, SDN, NFV), performance optimization of system software and libraries, stability and reliability of large-scale data center, collaborative design of next-generation hardware and software, etc.

    We actively participate in open-source communities and incorporate cutting-edge technology and innovation into our products.

    We are looking for a passionate Site Reliability Engineer to join us and help build a reliable infrastructure ecosystem.

    In this role, you will have the chance to design and develop automation tools for infrastructure management and solve real problems in our infrastructure ecosystem.

    As an SRE, you'll be focused on running better production applications and systems.
    Participate in the design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of automation tools for infrastructure management and maintenance.
    Ensure the compliance of operation procedures.
    A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree based on two or more years of work experience
    Two or more years of professional experience as a site reliability engineer or in related occupations (systems administration, DevOps engineering, networking/automation, software/systems development)
    Good understanding of computer science fundamentals in algorithms and data structures
    Good understanding of computer networking fundamentals
    Proficiency in one or more scripting languages, such as Python, Bash.
    Experience building and operating large-scale, highly available distributed systems or web services with a high degree of operational excellence
    Good understanding of Linux operating system internals, such as network and storage subsystems
    Experience in hybrid on-premises, multi-cloud environments.

    Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

    We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match.

    As well as Dental, Vision, Short/Long term Disability, Basic Life, Voluntary Life and AD&D insurance plans. In addition to Flexible Spending Account(FSA) Options like Health Care, Limited Purpose and Dependent Care.

    Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.
