located in Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg (see box on the right or below), we are looking for a


Specialist in Invoice Dispute Management (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:


  • Specific specialist and operational tasks in the area of invoice dispute management, including:
  • Receiving invoice disputes
  • Analyzing invoice disputes
  • Tracking processing status
  • Defining and implementing solutions
  • Preparing and conducting/moderating customer meetings
  • Responsibility for management reporting
  • Comprehensive documentation of results
  • Developing key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Preparing written alternatives for negotiations with the customer
  • Quality assurance of invoices before sending
  • Leading subprojects (e.g. implementing sustainable measures to reduce invoice disputes)

Qualifications:


  • Successfully completed university degree in business administration or a comparable degree with a focus on IT, or a comparable commercial education with at least three years of professional experience in the IT sector
