As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Administrative Analyst to join our team and support various departments including Human Resources, Communications, Business Development, Operations, and Facilities Administration in our Hampton, Virginia office.

This position is 30-40 hours per week.

  • Assist with scheduling interviews, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars for department heads.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing materials and coordinating training sessions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by department managers.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications:


  • Associate's degree (AA) in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years of experience in administrative or similar role, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
