- Manage multiple customer accounts to surpass expectations and deliver top-notch service.
- Establish strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, communicate effectively with our production team, and identify opportunities for additional business.
- Utilize the CRM system to record quotes, orders, and interactions, ensuring prompt responses and efficient order processing.
- Assist with Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and handling customer complaints.
- Minimum 3 years of Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Associate or bachelor's degree plus 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent.
- Experience in job shops, machining, and manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

Aiming to fill the position in our Euless, TX manufacturing plant, we seek a dedicated CSR - Order Fulfillment Specialist to become part of our team at The Gund Company. Get ready to enjoy competitive pay, attractive benefits, room for growth, and a dynamic work environment.
Shift: First shift (8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday - onsite).
Annual Starting Salary: $55,000+
