    Description


    Join our organization as an Entry Level Community Outreach Coordinator and become a vital link between our organization and the community.

    Responsibilities:


    Develop and nurture relationships with community organizations, schools, businesses, and other stakeholders to raise awareness of our programs and services.

    Plan and execute outreach events, workshops, and presentations to educate and engage community members.
    Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials, social media content, and resources to support outreach efforts.
    Conduct research to identify community needs, trends, and collaboration opportunities.
    Represent our organization at community events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
    Assist in volunteer recruitment, training, and coordination for community events and programs.
    Track and analyze outreach efforts, including attendance, feedback, and outcomes, and provide regular reports to management.
    Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in community outreach and engagement.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in community development, social work, public relations, or a related field preferred.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
    Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
    Passion for community engagement and a desire to make a positive impact.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    Previous experience in community outreach, volunteer coordination, or event planning is a plus but not required.
