- Develop and communicate a clear vision for direct-to-customer merchandising initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams and agency partners in launching new products, including setting promotional and distribution strategies to maximize omnichannel engagement.
- Utilize market analysis and customer feedback to measure the impact of initiatives on revenue and business targets.
- Equip local restaurants with comprehensive marketing kits to ensure the effective execution of campaigns.
- Establish and manage a Vendor Suite to support business needs effectively.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Manager to expand our social media presence and digital engagement platforms.
- Oversee in-store promotional activities and merchandising, ensuring strong collaboration with franchise operators.
- Direct the design and production of branded merchandise and promotional materials, managing logistics for marketing events and outreach.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Merchandising, eCommerce, or Marketing, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
- Demonstrated leadership in marketing projects and teams, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of both print and digital merchandising tools.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and execution skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions and drive results.
- Previous QSR experience is highly desirable.
