JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Regional Vice President will be responsible for overseeing the operations, finance, and partnership management of multiple facilities. This role involves driving growth in case volume and EBITDA, recruiting new surgeons, retaining existing surgeons, and managing physician equity within the partnership. Working closely with the Development team, the RVP will identify opportunities for market expansion, maintain a Culture of Safety and Leadership, and minimize employee turnover.
