Overview:
East Penn is seeking an Environmental Department Secretary.


Responsibilities:

Provides administrative support to the Environmental Department and Project Engineering department.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
typing letters, memos, reports, and preparing Excel spreadsheets. Use of Somax to prepare purchase orders, work orders, enter labor hours, and process invoices on a daily basis. Use MSR to prepare reports as requested. Will have the responsibility of maintaining several controlled document manuals. Will need to schedule and document department meetings. Will need to make travel arrangements when needed. Ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and scheduling of the East Penn Conference Center. Creating delivery and pickup slips in Mainframe as requested. Answering multiple phone lines. Perform other duties as requested by Management. Responsible for quality of work.


Qualifications:
Literate, basic math skills, strong computer and typing skills (Excel, Word, Somax, PDF Software, Mainframe, Powerpoint). Must have strong communications skills, organizational skills, detail oriented, and ability to work with confidential information. Should possess the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
