    Summary



    About the Position: This position is located in the Department of Obstetrics/Gynecology) at the Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, WA.

    This is a Direct Hire Solicitation for certain personnel of the DoD workforce.

    • A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized.
    • An Advance in Hire (AIH) incentive may be authorized.
    • Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.


    Duties

    • Participate in the medical education training program within the department.
    • Supervise sonography staff and daily clinic operations.
    • Provide consultation in the field of Maternal Fetal Medicine and complicated Obstetrical patients to the Residents and Staff.
    • Perform advanced examinations, diagnosis and treatment of the full range of Obstetrical patients.
    • Serve as Physician in Maternal-Fetal Medicine in the OB/GYN clinic, Labor and Delivery, the Operating room, and other areas where Maternal-Fetal Medicine Consultation is requested, such as the Intensive Care Unit.
