Position Information:
We are looking for a strong candidate that possess strong leadership and clinical skills as this position is responsible for the coordination of the overall operations of an assigned unit(s) to include the provision of resources and an environment that facilitates optimal, cost-efficient patient care delivery.
This position defines and monitors the standards of patient care and nursing practice, ensures availability and appropriate utilization of needed human and material resources, supports collaboration between nursing, physicians, and other disciplines to achieve desired patient outcomes.

$106, ,000 depending on experience

What We Require:
Bachelor's of Nursing from accredited school of nursing preferred. Associate's considered with psych RN experience
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse licensed with Washington State
Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Three years of experience as a psychiatric Registered Nurse
One or more years of experience in a supervisory capacity
