Description
Industrial MechanicThe industrial mechanic manufactures devices, machines, and production systems, sets them up, or modifies them. Additionally, they maintain and inspect the systems and operate and control them.
A good secondary school leaving certificate, preferably with a technical focus, is required for this position.
The training period is 3.5 years (dual system).
Possible further education opportunities include becoming a master craftsman, technician, technical business administrator, or pursuing an engineering degree.
