JOB DESCRIPTION/SUMMARY:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, and reports to determine materials requirements and assembly instructions.
- Wire, assemble, and install electrical and electronic components according to blueprint specifications.
- Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards.
- Perform tests on finished products before packaging
- Maintain inventory of products in workstations.
SKILLS:
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, parts lists, work instructions, work order travelers, and drawings with mínimal supervision
- Ability to perform simple measurements with scales, calipers, various gauges, and hand micrometers.
- Ability to utilize handheld tools such as tweezers, jigs, fixtures, crimpers, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.
- Must be attentive to details.
- Good communication skills, both oral and in written form.
Note:
A soldering examination will be part of the hiring process.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
- Working knowledge and understanding of schematics.
- Experience in Circuit Card Manufacturing.
Minimum Requirement:
CITIZENSHIP:
US Citizenship required
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent
CERTIFICATION:
Certification to military standard IPC-610
EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years experience in the assembling of electronic sub-assemblies or related products
