Duration: 8 month.


Description:


We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented to join our team as an on-site Administrative Assistant.

In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support to a diverse and technical manufacturing operations team of people while reporting to the site Operations Manager.

You must be a team player who enjoys learning and working in a multi-cultural dynamic environment to complete tasks of varying technicality and business scope.

You will engage in a variety of critical support responsibilities such as:


  • Opening and tracking Facilities and IT support tickets
  • Scheduling meetings and coordinating site events
  • Refreshing excel file data and saving to shared locations
  • Production job traveler preparation and issuing
  • Production job status and escalation tracking
  • Facilitating reoccurring small group meetings for site safety tracking
  • Site visitor greeting and signing in and out
  • Badge access requests and temporary badge management
  • PC refreshes and onsite basic IT support
  • Maintaining business documents

Requirements:


Qualifications:

  • Requires higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and 5 years experience as an administrative assistant
  • Ability to read and converse fluently in English
  • Familiarity with general PC components and setup
  • Comfortability with Windows 10 User Interface

Experience with any/all the following is highly desired:

  • Oracle ERP
  • Purchasing
  • Manufacturing environment
  • Installing and setting up Windows computers
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
  • Meeting scheduling and facilitation
