ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs vitals, rooms patients and gathers specimens.
- Documents necessary information in the EMR.
- Collects specimens, performs inoffice lab testing and prepares specimens for outside labs.
- Assists with inoffice patient procedures per protocol and training.
- Administering immunizations
- Contributes to the daily upkeep of office space and equipment.
- Demonstrates and supports PediaTrust Core Values.
- Performs cleaning and disinfection of instruments and equipment based on practice protocol.
- Performs digital health workflows and initiatives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Abilities:
- Minimum High School Diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
Certification as a Medical Assistant
- Excellent organization and communication skills
Strong knowledge and level of comfort with EPIC or other EMR system

Experience in a clinical environment
- Computer literacy
- CPR certification
