Financial Accountant (m/f/d)


We are looking for an experienced and dedicated financial accountant (m/f/d) to join our team and support our commercial department in Skyline View, PA.


Your responsibilities:


  • Independent preparation of ongoing financial accounting for various companies within our corporate group
  • Monthly preparation of VAT returns
  • Ongoing reconciliation and reporting with our tax consultant
  • Regular reporting to management
  • Point of contact for all financial accounting inquiries
  • Preparation of annual financial statements according to German GAAP for our tax consultant
  • Execution of accounts receivable and accounts payable, including dunning process
  • Preparation of business evaluations and analyses
  • Support in continuously optimizing processes in accounting and commercial administration

Requirements:


  • Completed commercial education or vocational training as a tax clerk, ideally with further training as a certified accountant (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in financial accounting
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally experienced with DATEV or similar accounting systems
  • Good knowledge of German tax law and legal accounting regulations according to German GAAP
  • First experience in group accounting or dealing with affiliated companies desirable
  • Structured and independent way of working, as well as strong team spirit
  • Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
  • Enjoyment of digital work
