    We work with the best builders in the Texas market and are currently seeking New Home Sales Assistants to fill temporary and part-time job assignments with these builder clients.

    Temporary sales assistant assignments are your stepping stone into an exciting and lucrative career with a new home builder.

    This role is the perfect way to gain both experience and exposure, working with several new home builders to find your ideal match.

    *Start the New Year with a new career in New Home Sales**Essential Responsibilities:
    • Opening and closing the models and inventory homes.
    • Welcoming potential buyers, building rapport, and providing them with excellent service.
    • Demonstrating model and inventory homes, including features and benefits.
    • Gathering details and taking diligent notes for the on-site sales team about buyers' likes, dislikes, wishes, and timeframe for their new dream home.
    • Delivering exceptional customer service to the sales team and prospective buyers
    *Qualifications: * 1+ years' experience in high-end sales/customer service.

    • Those with a love for people-facing roles are highly encouraged to apply - Barista (Starbucks), high-end retail sales associate (Nordstrom, Black House White Market), human resources/talent acquisition, flight attendant, teachers, hospitality, etc.
    • Driven sales professional with a desire to excel in a team-oriented environment.
    • Professional attitude, dress, and demeanor.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Reliable transportation.
