- Serve as the point person in developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Establish customer rapport with products and services.
- Develop a relationship with prospects to create biding opportunities.
- Form accurate and complete sales proposals.
- Help facilitate postsale transitions with service technicians and project managers.
- Educate prospective customers on our services and procedures.
- Continually call on assigned accounts to develop additional opportunities.
- Followup with existing sales bids and leads.
- Maintain customer information updated in our sales pipeline reporting system.
- Keep current on new technologies and product offerings from manufacturers.
- Support team members and peers to achieve KPIs
- Valid driver's license
- College degree or equivalent industry experience
- Sales and customer experience preferred.
- Understanding of basic principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
- Reliable and selfmotivated
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft programs
