Your responsibilities:

Project management in the field of powertrain development with a focus on powertrain
Initiation, execution, and monitoring of technical feasibility studies for powertrain projects
Operational project control within the project organization according to internal quality criteria and methods
Initiation and responsible coordination of budget planning and budget controlling
Transparent communication and reporting of project scope, and if necessary, initiation of escalation steps

Your profile:

Successfully completed master's degree in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable education
Several years of experience in engine, powertrain development, enginepowertrain strategy, combustion, and engine application required
Knowledge in the field of exhaust development, OBD requirements, and certification
Experience in planning, managing, and coordinating projects or in multiproject management
Indepth knowledge in evaluating, selecting, and managing technically complex issues desirable
Strong determination, resilience, assertiveness, and teamwork skills
