Your expertise in the manufacturing domain will help Pfizer with the operations required for the oversight or operational activities involved in the aseptic cleaning and/or other chemical cleaning involved in manufacturing plants or distribution centers.
As part of technical operations, you will be a team member who is relied to have a good understanding of procedures, techniques, tools, materials and equipment.
It is your hard work and focus that will help in making Pfizer ready to achieve new milestones and help patients across the globe.
How You Will Achieve It- Manage own time, professional development, be accountable for own results and begin to prioritize own workflow.- Work to resolve equipment and process problems and performs Operator care as required.- Ensure all work is performed in a safe manner and in accordance with established safety policies and regulations.- Perform all necessary documentation, including required labels, cleaning forms, room logs, work orders, etc.- Perform any other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.- Communicate effectively up and down the Chain of Command.- Set-up and operate industrial cleaning equipment to clean and sanitize pallets and equipment used in the weighing, blending and packaging of powder products.- Notify Team Lead, Manager or appropriate individuals of equipment malfunctions and process deviations, including problems with systems or materials.
Qualifications:
Must-Have- High School Diploma or GED.- 2+ years of work experience with some level of proficiency in all phases of manufacturing operations.- Experience in operations and technician's work.- Ability to learn to use industry standard software.- Attention to detail, a sense of urgency and the ability to work unsupervised.- Must have good interpersonal skills in order to maintain good employee relations and train others.- Good English reading, writing and speaking skills.
Nice-to-Have- Bachelor's Degree.- Knowledge and understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Sanitation in a food or dietary supplement manufacturing plant with blending experience.
