    Description

    Payment Platform Project Manager

    Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid; Tues-Thurs on-site)

    Length: 12 months + extensions

    • Over 8 years of experience as a Business Project Manager at an enterprise level with a solid grasp of the business environment
    • Proven track record of collaborating with Engineering teams
    • Acted as a bridge between business and engineering functions
    • Managed project teams of 20+ members and various cross-functional business units
    • Previous engagement with global cross-functional teams
    • Proficient in drafting BRD's
    • Extensive experience in Waterfall methodology is a must
    • Specialization in Payments Platforms
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
    • Skilled in developing slide decks and presentations for executive audiences (PowerPoint or Keynote)

    Payment Platform Project Manager

    • Maintain proactive and consistent communication with managers, leaders, and subject matter experts across different business, functional, and technology domains.
    • Effectively manage cross-project risks, issues, and decisions to ensure resolution.
    • Establish alignment between technology and business objectives through proactive collaboration at all organizational levels.
    • Independently oversee projects and programs.
    • Define milestones, prepare progress reports, and more.
    • Capable of driving strategic programs while executing tactical project tasks
    • Offer timely updates and escalate critical risks to project and senior management teams.
    • Handle escalations, conduct root cause analysis, and devise solutions for operational issues.
