The Hidenwood Community, a premier Independent Living, and Assisted Living Community is seeking a Human Resources/Business Office Manager.Qualifications
- Two or more years experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community.
- Strong knowledge of the overall Human Resources functions.
- Competent in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Long Term Care Insurance.
- Virginia DSS state regulations knowledge preferred.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking and conflict resolution skills
