The Hidenwood Community, a premier Independent Living, and Assisted Living Community is seeking a Human Resources/Business Office Manager.


Qualifications

  • Two or more years experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community.
  • Strong knowledge of the overall Human Resources functions.
  • Competent in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Long Term Care Insurance.
  • Virginia DSS state regulations knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking and conflict resolution skills
