    Are you an experienced real estate professional seeking an exciting opportunity as a Senior Real Estate Acquisition Specialist? This role entails a key involvement in identifying and securing profitable real estate transactions in Dallas, GA, US. Responsibilities include performing thorough property value assessments, engaging in negotiations with potential clients, and collaborating closely with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

    Compensation:

    $60,000 - $78,000 yearly

    Responsibilities:
    • Conduct a thorough analysis of property values to identify profitable real estate opportunities in Dallas, GA, US
    • Engage in negotiations with potential clients to secure advantageous terms and agreements for the company
    • Collaborate effectively with internal teams like Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure successful closure of deals
    • Monitor and manage key performance indicators including Contracts Signed, Appointments Completed, Talk Time, Calls, and Revenue per appointment
    • Utilize Salesforce as the primary CRM tool for managing leads and daily operations
    • Utilize Discord for seamless team communication and collaboration
    • Leverage MLS for crucial market insights specific to Dallas, GA, US
    • Maintain a consistent work schedule from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break
    • Work one weekend day from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM EST to support business operations
    • Contribute your expertise as a Senior Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to drive the growth and success of the business in Dallas, GA, US
