Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Make beds and change linens.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Organize and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Conduct assessments prior to cleaning to set client expectations.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of paid professional cleaning experience (commercial and Airbnb cleaning experience a plus).
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, including carpet cleaning.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- Familiarity with laundering procedures for linens and towels.
- Capability to perform custodial duties effectively.
- Understanding of proper sanitation practices.
- Must agree to a background check.
- Reliable transportation.
- Your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
- A smartphone.
- A passion for delivering 5star service.
