At Birkenhof Altenhilfe gGmbH of Bethel im Norden, we are currently seeking a Caregiver (m/f/d) for our Friedrich-Wasmuth House in Hannover-Stöcken.

Caregiver (m/f/d)

This position is permanent, with a workload of 3-39 hours per week.

How you will support us:

  • Implementation of professional, competent, and needs-based care, focused on the residents' quality of life and satisfaction
  • Participation in individual care planning for residents
  • Identification of individual care needs of residents to expand the range of services in consultation with the nursing management
  • Evaluation of the care process and implementation of measures for quality development and assurance
  • Communication with house and specialist doctors and other cooperating service providers in the healthcare sector
